Terms and conditions

Bluegrass Precision Motorwerks LLC · Effective October 13, 2026

These terms cover BPM Time Off, the private time-off and employee site of Bluegrass Precision Motorwerks LLC. By signing in you agree to them. They sit alongside the BPM employee handbook.

Who can use it

The site is for current BPM employees who have been added to the staff list. Your account is yours alone: use your own PIN, keep it private, and don’t sign in as someone else. BPM can add, change or remove access at any time, for example when someone leaves.

Time-off requests

Submitting a request does not approve it. A manager approves or denies each request, and only approved time off counts. Please check your dates and type before you submit. BPM may correct a record that was entered by mistake.

Using the site properly

Don’t try to get into other people’s information, overload the site, or use it for anything other than BPM business. Information on the site is for BPM staff, so don’t share it outside the company.

Availability

We do our best to keep the site running, but it may be down for maintenance or because of problems we don’t control, and we can’t promise it will always work. If it’s down, ask a manager about your time off in person or by phone.

SMS terms (text messages)

Text messages from Bluegrass Precision Motorwerks LLC through BPM Time Off are optional and go only to employees who tick the text-message consent box, which is never pre-checked. We text sign-in and PIN-reset codes you ask for and decisions on your time-off requests, never marketing. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Full details are in the text message terms.

Privacy

How we handle your information is described in the privacy policy.
